Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work within the context of patient-centered care in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Provide evaluation and treatment services with concise and efficient documentation/billing in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes.

• Embrace lifelong learning: willingly receive feedback and learn from team members, seek continual learning opportunities to advance one’s own practice, and share feedback to promote the growth of the team.

• Remain up to date with clinic operation changes and workflows (review meeting minutes, review email communications, etc)

• Demonstrate a willingness to be flexible with schedule and clinic changes to help support the team .

  Qualifications Include:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program

• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Wisconsin in Occupational Therapy

• NBCOT certification

• Specific skills: experience with evaluation and treatment of patients with neuro-based dx (post CVA, TBI, PD etc) required; Additional experience with Drivers Readiness/Complex OT evaluations, Concussion, Low Vision preferred.
