Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Administrative Assistant in the construction/contractor industry. Based in Loveland, Colorado, you will play a crucial role in our administrative team, providing exceptional customer service and efficient data entry support. This role is a critical part of our organization, and your work will directly impact the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service by answering inbound calls and handling email inquiries.

• Efficiently processing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records.

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating logistics as required.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and MS OneNote for various administrative tasks.

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls, and maintaining professional correspondence with clients and colleagues.

• Assisting in the resolution of customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Contributing to the team's objectives by accomplishing related duties as needed.

• Upholding the company's values and adhering to professional standards in all interactions and tasks.

• Utilizing your skills in Customer Service, Data Entry, Email Correspondence, and Inbound/Outbound Calls to enhance our administrative processes.

• Continually striving for process improvement in your role and providing recommendations as appropriate. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative Assistant role within the construction/contracting industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote

• Strong customer service skills with an ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively

• Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records

• Excellent email correspondence abilities, ensuring clear and professional communication

• Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently

• Demonstrated organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work well in a team environment and communicate with all levels of the organization

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required, further education in Business Administration or related field will be considered an asset
