B. QUALIFICATIONS AND DUTIES: • Manage the installation, construction and upgrade of low-voltage IT systems included but not limited to local area networks, wireless networks, VoIP systems, IP Public Address/Intercom and IP Video Camera systems in large campus/school or government environments.

• Create, review and monitor project schedules.

• Review and approve statements of work (SOW), project designs and Bills of Material (BOM).

• Manage and coordinate project resources.

• Gather and analyze data to assist in the creation of project budgets.

• Prepare and review time management plans and schedules and prepare recovery schedules to meet contract requirements.

• Prepare project plans and reports regarding progress, issues and resolutions.

• Prepares clear and concise reports.

• Formulating and expressing ideas clearly and effectively in writing and orally.

• Setting priorities and successfully completing tasks in a timely manner.

• Related tasks: Conduct site visits and meetings with customers and stakeholders; Read and interpret design documentation, plans and specifications. Collect, analyze and interpret statistical and budgetary information. Tracks and maintains project expenditures, and job tickets. Prepare critical path schedules. Generate e-mails of status completions • Maintain effective relationships with District personnel and other organizations. • A California Driver’s license, use of a car. • Graduation form a recognized college or university with a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis. • Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Los Angeles.
