Under the direction of a licensed nurse, the Non-Certified Nursing Aide delivers efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will perform various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of patients. The Non-Certified Aide must obtain certification from a state approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of hire.
