Description:

Remote Pharmacy Technician

Bilingual in Spanish (MUST)

Non-retail experience is a MUST retail only will not be considered

Schedule M-F 8am-5pm PST *MUST work this schedule in this time zone

Contract through the end of the year

$20/hr

• High volume outbound calls, making 40 calls/day

• Conducting telephonic medication adherence outreach calls

• Uses motivational interviewing to conduct the telephonic medication adherence outreach call

• Active listening, asking probing questions, critical thinking

• They will recommend solutions, and complete interventions as directed by the workflows and/or training materials

• Call pharmacies and providers if needed for follow-up
