Your Purpose

We’re now looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our brilliant On Trade Sales Team in Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial operations and brand agenda within independent on-trade outlets and ensure route to market access for our brands within the assigned region.

  • Deliver on brand activation plans within the defined region, maximising impact on commercial return

  • Working with the Sales Controllers and Key Account/National Account Managers to executive on business plans for new and existing customers.

  • Develop with the appropriate customers/Wholesale partners shared business plans and ways of working that demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service.

About You

  • Prior sales experience and track record of managing profitability preferred

  • Numerate with strong commercial acumen

  • Persuasive with strong influencing skills

  • Collaborative and Action orientated

  • Tenacious, enthusiastic and flexible

  • IT literate with the ability to work with IT systems and tools
