What's the role about?

We are currently recruiting for a Wholesale & Franchise Merchandiser to report into the Wholesale Sales & Merchandise Manager. As our Wholesale & Franchise Merchandiser you will ensure your team has relevant training to develop required skills while also building strong partnerships internally & externally. You'll work with the wider Wholesale team, Product Merchandising, Buying, Logistics & Warehouse teams to maximise sales performance through effective management and communication, identifying areas for growth within the International Markets.

Who you are

• Previous experience at a premium fashion brand in Franchise and/or Wholesale stock allocation is essential.

• Proactively sets goals and manages multiple priorities.

• Thrives working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.

• Organised with strong time management skills.

• Attention to detail and strong communication skills- both verbal and written.

• Demonstrates initiative, self-motivation and ownership.

What you'll be doing

• Report Wholesale & Franchise performance and forecasts vs budgets via Shipping Forecasts.

• Establish and maintain WSFR WISSI forecasts, ensuring alignment with Mainline Category and Top Line Financial WISSI.

• Drive and own forecast across department in line with Reiss Mainline booking requirements.

• Ensure all necessary imagery & data is supplied by partner deadlines to ensure a timely delivery of orders and reduce later cancellations, discounts, returns or vendor funding.

• Provide intake and stock forecasts in line with business requirements.

• Manage the Wholesale & Franchise allocation and dispatch process to ensure committed stock is sent to partners within the terms of their trading agreement.

• Report on Reiss intake for department to encourage timely deliveries in line with partner shipping windows.

• Support delivery of Wholesale & Franchise buy calendar & order deadlines, end-to-end Wholesale market process either in-house or virtually via NuOrder.

• Managing direct and indirect reports across the Wholesale & Franchise team
