Your opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR Team and support our Talent Acquisition efforts.
You will:
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Work closely with Senior Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand recruitment needs and requirements
Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates, including job boards, social media, networking and referrals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors)
Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote Janus Henderson as an employer of choice
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed
Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills
Some experience in recruiting or a HR-related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
Enthusiasm and a desire to learn
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Team player who is flexible and enjoys collaborating
Ability to prioritize tasks, work effectively under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about recruiting top talent
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to have skills
Experience using SuccessFactors or other applicant tracking system
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
Knowledge of asset management or financial services industry beneficial
