About the Role:

Business Portfolio Managers ensure a timely and accurate processing of contracts post client acceptance of commercial proposal. Work hand in hand with the Commercial Team to ensure all client requests are provided a high level quality and efficient task execution.

The Team:

Global Accounts manage the largest clients in the organization, we have a responsibility to ensure commercial reputation is at a high standard within the company and externally with our clients. We are responsible as a team to manage the relationship with clients and commercially bring in revenue.

The Commercial Team depends on the Business Portfolio Manager expertise with contract renewals and Pipeline Management.

  • Pre-Proposal Support

  • Renewals- EPM/CSM

  • Update CRM opportunities for pipeline and forecast reporting

  • Manage O/A Escalations for renewals under guidance of CDM

  • Keep track and generate status of contracts to expire 6 months in advance

  • Communicate and work with CDMs/Director to map out action plan for each contract

  • Generate required contractual documents (SA, MSA, Affiliates Rider etc.) ensuring compliance with Platts pricing and legal rules and send to CDM to engage the client for signature.

  • Pipeline Management

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization and communication skills both written and verbal

  • Must utilize strong phone, interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment to engage effectively with clients and other functions

  • Must be able to work independently, take initiative to resolve tasks with a can do attitude and have a financial analytical mindset

  • Highly proficient in systems (Salesforce CRM, Work, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/tasks while working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

  • Strong time management skills

  • Experience in developing moderate to complex business reports (manage, analyze and integrate data from multiple sources and in multiple formats with the end goal of creating useful business reports)
