What's the role about?
You'll be joining the Reiss as Girlswear Assistant Designer. You will be assisting with design concept through to final product presentation.
Who you are
You will have a design qualification
Strong sketching and CAD skills
Strong market and trend awareness
Creative with refined taste
Self-motivated and team orientated
Strong communication and organisational skills
What you'll be doing
Researching into seasonal directions and trends suitable for the Reiss aesthetic
Creating and updating colour palettes
Working with fabric department to support design research
Helping prepare presentations, meetings and sketch review packs
Creating all relevant detail sketches and CADS for specs and presentations
Working with the technical team so that all expectations of prototype requirements are met
Working with product development on factory placement per style
