The selected candidate will have the opportunity to help solve real business challenges through innovative solutions and processes that incorporate the latest marketing and analytics technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data analytics, and cloud.

The Incubation Services Marketing Manager is expected to:

• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns to optimize go-to-market strategies.

• Research new processes and solutions for targeted improvement areas.

• Pilot new ways to optimize the user journey - define assets for testing.

• Manage the lifecycle of successful pilots from inception through implementation and enablement.

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings involving multiple audiences across the organization.

• Develop dashboards to track, measure and communicate results.

The Incubation Services Marketing Manager has these skills:

• Practical experience with marketing and sales principles and practices

• Knowledge of digital marketing practices and analytics

• Must be excellent listener, communicator, and presenter. This role requires the ability to educate, consult and influence at many different organization levels.

• Thrives in an environment where requirements shift to meet changing business needs.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced and diverse environment

• Passion for continuous improvement through word and action

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or digital tech related field

• 5+ of experience in GTM digital marketing management, digital marketing analytics, sales & marketing funnel management, or similar

• Strong writing skills, highly organized, detail-focused, and critical thinking

• Ability to multi-task, work with a team, deadline driven, desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.

• Creative and problem-solving mindset

• Data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau a plus

• Experience with marketing and web scraping tools like Google Analytics a plus

The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
