Adjunct Positions are filled by semester on an as needed basis. Applicants in this applicant pool are reviewed when the department has an immediate need to fill a vacancy. Review of applications will then stop for the semester once the vacancy has been filled.

We are currently looking for faculty to teach in-person courses one day per week at the Downtown Lansing campus.

Health Law & Ethics Adjunct (part-time) faculty teach the CHSE 117 didactic course. Depending upon program needs and the candidate's qualifications, teaching assignments will be on LCC's downtown Lansing campus with the possibility of online or Livingston and East campus assignments. Adjunct faculty are expected to work collaboratively with senior department faculty, department coordinators, and the Program Director to develop course content consistent with official course syllabi, to deliver course instruction to students, and to be available for student assistance and advising outside of class. Additional responsibilities may include participation in course assessment, department/program meetings, advisory board meetings, professional development activities, and other duties as assigned.
