This is a full-time on-site role. As a Lead IT Specialist, you will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and maintaining computer networks, resolving technical issues, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot servers and switches
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot advance networks, firewalls, and BCDR services
• Troubleshoot network and system issues
• Monitor and perform routine maintenance on network and server infrastructure
• Provide remote and on-site support to clients as needed

Qualifications

• 8 years minimum experience
• Advanced networking and troubleshooting abilities
• Windows environment experience- Apple experience a plus
• Windows Server support and management experience
• Small Business Firewall support and management experience - SonicWall experience a plus
• Backup and Failover support and management experience- Datto experience a plus
• Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
• VM Server support and management experience
• SQL Server support and management experience
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA a plus
• Experience with server administration and IT project management is a plus
