Position Responsibilities: Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders with meticulous attention to detail. Manage documentation for backordered, incorrect, or damaged items efficiently. Package and prepare outgoing shipments using best practices. Assist in fulfilling parts orders by organizing and distributing stock items. Maintain well-organized inventory and monitor field tech bins for optimal efficiency. Periodically review open purchase order files and assist with physical inventory tasks. Support parts driver with local deliveries or pickups when required. Uphold high housekeeping standards in the parts warehouse area. Essential Skills and Experience: Demonstrated customer service orientation. Proficiency in computer operations; familiarity with UPS system is advantageous. Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple priorities. Strong team player dedicated to our company\'s vision and mission. Current material handling Operator\'s License and valid driver\'s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
