Commercial Digital Platform Manager

The Commercial Digital Platform Manager job leads the Business/Commercial Digital Banking platform inclusive of product development and management, implementation, and client services. This job will begin with a highly collaborative approach in product development and will be responsible to create, manage, and lead the customer lifecycle design.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Collaborates with stakeholders, business partners, and vendors to define product experiences and capabilities that align with bank wide strategies and unique vertical requirements.

  • Drives decision making through a unique combination of hands-on experience, employee experience and input, and vendor experience. Develops and uses KPIs to help make data driven decisions and drive strategic priorities.

  • Proactively anticipates and manages risks weighing innovation with regulatory and compliance knowledge and experience. Works with risk, legal, and compliance departments to ensure that processes meet audit and regulatory requirements, commensurate with the risk appetite of the bank.

  • Designs and manages the business/commercial treasury management operational process including customer implementation of services, customer support, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Collaborates with treasury management and relationship sales, deposit operations, and product management for ongoing changes and improvements.

  • Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of the team.

Educational Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of treasury management experience

  • 5+ years of leadership experience

  • Customer lifecycle experience; implementation, servicing, offboarding.

  • Change management and transformation experience.

Hybrid work is a minimum of four days a week, one flexible day for remote work.

Pay Range $151,200 to $204,600
