Perform quality assurance of case management and records management systems. Specific duties include: developing test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size; performing end to end/sanity testing/regression testing to ensure the health of multiple software applications; reporting and documenting technical issues to development teams; creating logs to document testing phases and defects; working collaboratively with the developing team to correct errors and participating in testing for production releases; validating that user expectations are achieved during the testing process; reviewing user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable; performing usability, consistency, sanity, and regression testing; conducting exploratory testing to evaluate health and functionality of applications; and performing post-implementation testing to confirm success of deployment.
