Title: Patient Transport / Medical office Worker / Admission Assistant
Duration: 6+ months Contract
Pay rate: $12.50/hr on w2
Location: Hopkinsville, KY 42240
Shift timings: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM
BG/DT required: Yes

Job Description:

• Operates vehicles that require valid driver's license to transport clients to and from doctor's appointments, x-rays, labs, and etc.
• Inspects and cleans designated vehicles to keep in safe, serviceable condition. Performs preventative maintenance on vehicles using hand tools. Maintains clean work area.
• Answers phones to schedule clients doctor's appointments and schedules transport when client is released.
• Maintain daily log of runs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be High School Graduate. Employees required to maintain valid driver's license and required to drive a licensed vehicle.
