Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive growth and market share in the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Utilize digital channels effectively to enhance brand visibility and engagement among target audiences.

  • Leverage your established network in ophthalmology to forge strategic partnerships and collaborations. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, from planning to execution.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to align brand initiatives with business objectives.

Qualifications

More specifically, we ask the following of you:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools. - Extensive network in ophthalmology.

  • Demonstrated success in launching pharmaceutical products.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Fluent level of Dutch and English is a must.

  • Hybrid model based in Hoofddorp (3 days onsite)
