How you can make a difference: Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Responsible for analysis of client and business information and reporting. Responsible for evidence-driven problem solving and data-related troubleshooting. Responsible for gathering and collecting information, providing analytic support for various projects, and assisting in preparing reports. Assists in defining and executing processes, procedures, and reporting. Facilitates and manages the exchange of information with business stakeholders. Maintains high level of organization, detail, and accountability to all program related needs. Maintains and organizes information in easy to consume formats. Assists in building automation in workflows and/or other tools to improve quality and streamline efficiency, where possible.

What you bring to Spectrum Enterprise Required qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years in a business, reporting or operations role. Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in business, data analysis or related field Technical skills: Effectively analyze and interpret data, use a personal computer and proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Skills: Prioritization and English communication skills. Abilities: Ability to work comfortably with large, cross-functional teams in order to achieve business goals, Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers, internal partners, and other members of the organization, ability to confidently communicate relevant information to/from peers and team leadership, Preferred qualifications: Data/analytics - 1-3 years of data/analytics experience Familiarity with tracking tools/technology a plus, including Jira, Confluence, and/or Microsoft Project 1-3 years of experience with data visualization, analysis, and presentation skills 1-3 years of experience with JavaScript, Python, and/or SQL What you can enjoy every day: Embracing diversity: A culture of excellence that celebrates diversity, innovative thinking and dedication to exceeding client expectations. The pay for this position has a salary range of $67,100.00 to $107,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
