RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownershipas equipment engineer of a specific tool set for sustainment of daily operations

``` - Drive continuous improvement activities on hardware, maintenance, and overall operation

``` - Train and support maintenance technicians

``` - Work with and lead cross functional team of process engineering, maintenance, and production

``` - Interface with vendors and contractors for new tool installation, upgrades, and qualification

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent military / field experience

``` - Collaborative, team player, working effectively in small teams to drive improvements

``` - Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency required

``` - Able to work off-hours as needed

``` - Strong communication skills to convey technical instructions and concepts, both verbally and written
