Lead Retail Delivery Analyst II thru their projects to ensure tasks plans are created/followed and projects are completed within scope of timelines, cost and quality. Through interaction with internal and external partners, implement Retail Delivery initiatives and enhance the daily performance of the Retail Delivery systems and processes. This role serves as the main point of contact for all business lines, management, team members and third-party vendors. Guide Retail Delivery Analyst to analyze data and identify requirements around each project and completing any BSS or other documentation for project implementation. Oversee and monitor report data for trends and potential issues that need to be resolved to maintain department service levels. Additionally, responsible for creating and maintaining test plans, new customer facing workflows, checklists and project materials.
