SUMMARY The Packaging Development Manager leads the design and technical development of packaging solutions for new and existing products. They will drive the development from pre-concept through commercialization of packaging, and drive continuous improvement to improve packaging performance, cost, and sustainability. This role requires a detail-orientated person who will be responsible for leading projects within the new product introduction & packaging development portfolio. In addition, the Packaging Development Manager will leverage existing relationships with packaging companies to understand current and future capabilities with a focus on sustainable packaging. They will work closely with packaging co-manufacturers to recommend, review, test and identify costs for various packaging design proposals.
