We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Online Billing Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

  • Be responsible for account creation within multiple websites and portals, and maintain working knowledge of these sites.

  • Utilize customer sites and portals to track online purchase orders.

  • Utilize sites and porters to enter invoices and check against purchase orders.

  • Update Customer Master Records as needed.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers, both verbally and in writing.

  • Perform collection duties on assigned Accounts Receivable accounts.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • High School Diploma required, College degree preferred.

  • Expert verbal and written English proficiency.

  • Basic skill level in G-Suite.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
