PolyFlex is eager to find an additional Customer Service team member to join their Farmington Hills, MI facility. The ideal candidate should be able to work with other members of the team on reorder programs, customer expectation, handling rebuy projects from quote through final delivery, communicate directly with customers and participate within meetings as required.

Ideally have industry knowledge with automotive returnable and expendable packaging would be a plus. Processing knowledge of injection molding, thermoforming and cast urethane a bonus. Materials knowledge in plastics and urethanes for material selections is preferred. Tooling and fabrication knowledge would be very helpful with steel fabrication, fixtures and assembly processes.
