Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $16 / Hour

What you'll be doing as a Cultivation Technician:

• Perform all duties in a hydroponic cultivation facility

• Transplant, clone, prune, trellis, harvest, and water plants

• Do daily plant feeding assessments and mix of fertilizer solutions

• Monitor plant health and growth rates in order to accurately report any changes or discrepancies to management staff

• Clean facility and remove all waste

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) , Weekend

Job requirements:

• Knowledge of or ability to learn indoor hydroponic cultivation practices, life cycles of plants, and common pests of plants

• Ability to learn and follow the specific methods and procedures for all tasks

• Exceptional organizational & communication skills and attention to detail

• Work as a team and help other workers complete tasks

• Ability to work on feet and remain active for long durations, work on a ladder or raised mobile platform, as well as be able to lift 50lbs

• Background check and drug screening required
