Pacific Aviation Training and Engagement Coordinator in El Segundo, California

Position Objectives

As the Training and Engagement Coordinator, you will ensure that our new and current employees are prepared for success during on-boarding and ongoing training. You will assist in the creation and evolution of training content and conduct in-person and remote classroom sessions. The position will work collaboratively with both the HR and Safety and Compliance departments while also supporting operational management at each airport.

You will contribute strong organizational and communication skills and take pride in your ability to earn the trust of the team.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of administrative experience, including proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and similar programs

  • 1-2 years in an employee development setting, preferably in aviation or other technical training

  • Excellent writing and communication skills, including formal presentations/content creation, and social media engagement.

  • Experience in classroom instruction, workshop facilitation, and/or public speaking

In Person, Monday -Friday, 40 hours / week
