Job Description
As a member of our Production team, we seek minds that are curious about all new technology but particularly individuals who are actively experimenting with AI to work with us in continuing to bring the future to our clients and their customers. The Junior Digital Producer is responsible for managing the production of internal & client facing digital initiatives. This person will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to support the launch of best-in-class campaigns, and other media initiatives. As a Junior Digital Producer, you will bring the creative vision to life while managing schedules, budgets, and workflow.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Manage the production of a range of digital campaign deliverables including but not limited to banners, websites, and apps
Assist Producers with various tasks related with production
Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects with a focus on project planning, risk mitigation, quality control standards and successful delivery
Facilitate elements of campaign efforts through scheduling, discovery, defining project requirements, routing, legal, development, product reviews, QA (Quality Assurance), and launch prep
Develop and manage various forms of project documentation including but not limited to RFPs’ (request for proposals) and SOW's (statement of work)
Stay current on the latest developments and trends in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and incorporate emerging technologies and best practices into project planning and execution
Conduct research, assessments, and selection of vendors and development partners
Build relationships and collaborate with client’s cost consultant
Arrange, facilitate and/or support screenings with development partners/vendors
At the completion of a project, develop case study or similar materials and present
Keep accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner
Manage and upkeep of department file directory, including the creation of guidelines, templates and so on
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Success for this position is measured by:
Ability to lead the production of low complexity digital initiatives
Capacity to prioritize workload efficiently, while being accountable to project leads
The enhancing or development of new skillsets as assignments and ad industry evolve
Maintaining and leveraging technical and production knowledge and skills
Ability to increase or develop a network of strong relationships to support projects
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of previous production experience in digital, social, or related initiatives. A BA or BS degree from an accredited 4-year institution is preferred.
Candidate experience and skills should include:
The production of display or video ads for website or social media deliverables
Online advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with production vendors, rich media publishers, and ad serving systems such as Google Marketing Platform, FlashTalking, or Innovid
Core project management methodology & tools (e.g. scoping, budgeting, scheduling, Trello, JIRA, etc.)
Familiarity with basic web programming languages (HTML, JavaScript) and design applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, etc.) as well as common desktop and mobile operating systems
Detail oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
Deadline focused with an ability to handle a large volume of work in a limited period of time
Professional, collaborative demeanor with demonstrated ability to work well with peers
A keen ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Communicating effectively, internally and externally, with good presentation skills
Coordination and management of vendors and vendor relationships
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and MS Project or similar)
Ability to assimilate information quickly
AI tools or the development of AI integrated ads is a plus

Compensation Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
