About the role:

The B2B Order Management Manager is the owner of the order management function at LIV. This means they’re the hub of the LIV operations team – able to understand the conflicting priorities of the many supply chain departments and customers involved and chart the best course for LIV’s continued success. We’re currently building out the order management function and the order management system in our ERP, and this candidate will play an outsized role in shaping the vision of LIV operations for years to come.

Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:

  • Build and lead the B2B Order Management team at LIV.

  • Build and implement the OMS at LIV – Integrate with tech and other departments across LIV and Unilever to build best in class technology to deliver outstanding service.

  • Build and manage a team of order analysts, specialists, and coordinators to handle all B2B orders from customer submission through fulfillment and invoicing.

  • Build processes and procedures to ensure LIV creates and maintains a forward looking, best in class, and sustainable order management team.

  • Connect with Sales regularly to make sure they’re receiving the best information about their customers and are delighted with the order management function.

  • Partner with the Logistics and Distribution Manager and their team to ensure inventory and transportation is in the right place at the right time to make sure customer OTIF rates are maintained at best-in-class levels.

  • Partner with the Accounts Receivable Manager to work through any invoicing issues, research and resolve any LIV related deductions.

  • Present data to both peers and senior leaders at LIV on a regular cadence that keeps them informed of trends in the marketplace and LIV performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, economics, or another business-related field).

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in CPG or beverage company.

  • Minimum 2 years leading a diverse team.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and think tactically as well as strategically.

  • Ability to work with tech – Dynamics 365 a plus – and design order management systems: first conceptually, then with our tech team.

  • Able to adapt and think critically under pressure in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; dependable and accurate.

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and/or other data analysis/presentation toolsets.

  • Comfortable presenting to both senior leaders, peers, and direct reports- able to drive message and action across all levels of the organization.

  • Quick learner – not afraid of testing new programs, ways of working, or strategy. Constant seeker of untapped knowledge.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner.

Work Environment:

  • Typical office environment with flexibility for industry events.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
