IMMEDIATE OPENINGS FOR JANITORS/CUSTODIANS!

Location: 919 Hunter - Valle Verde Campus

Shift: 5:00PM - 1:00AM

Pay: $10.45/Hour paid bi-weekly via direct deposit

Experience: Not a factor for this position employer will train!

Education: Not a factor.

Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with staff and clients.

Driver's License: Not a factor.

Requirements:

• Must submit to a background check
• Must be 18 years of age or older per company policy.

Job Duties:

• Gather and empty trash.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
