Job Description:

• Help walk-in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers

• Provide sales support by giving best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service

• Handle data entry for tile orders using internal system & Excel

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience, can be retail or admin experience

• Strong computer skills: Basic Excel and utilizing spreadsheets

• Great interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with customers

• MUST be bilingual in Spanish & English

Start Date: Targeting May 20th

Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm; Sat 9am-3pm (you will only work 5 days; 40 hours/week)
