Aston Carter Inventory Analyst in Decatur, Illinois

Description:

Seeking Inventory Analyst to assist in helping to dial in the process for inventory tracking and verification to/from 3rd party offsite storage facility.

-Verification of part numbers, quantities, and unique pallet numbers

-Record inventory information in Excel spreadsheet using Microsoft Teams (Expert Excel knowledge--Pivot Tables/V-Lookups)

-Hand scanner usage to transfer inventory after training

-Ability to complete inventory transactions on computer utilizing JD Edwards E1 after training

-Communicate via email/phone to shipping contacts across the 3 sites in Decatur

-Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies when they occur

Hours: Flexible (7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Expert Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables and V-Lookups will be utilized)

Experience with inventory or working with numbers (financial backgrounds are good as well)

Communication with internal team members
