Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with Product Management and Quality Assurance to translate business requirements into technical requirements

  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, software architecture principles, and scrum throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Software Development and Code Review of features

  • Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years Strong technical expertise in one or more programming languages (Go, Python, JavaScript) and databases (e.g. MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB)

  • 5+ Years Experience in a software engineering role, delivering complex, scalable, and reliable software solutions

  • 1+ Years In a leadership or management role

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively

  • Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to make things better
