Job Description:

The Student Employment AAI is a key member of the Student Employment Team, assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for hourly student employees. This includes: processing criminal background checks, initiating job offers, and verifying student documents for employment eligibility. The AAI will also manage the online applicant tracking system for part-time, on-campus job postings and off-campus Federal Work Study ( FWS ) job postings. Other related duties include activating and approving requests for supervisor accounts, maintaining and tracking student data and assisting with other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and two years office administration or project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree with two years of related work experience in higher education. Basic knowledge of human resources recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding practices.
