The purpose of this job is to serve as a direct point of contact for businesses, developers, individuals, and organizations navigating housing construction and housing attainment for low to moderate-income persons. Assists with affordable housing project development, fund expenditure and project compliance with federal regulations. Provides solutions to improve efficiency, increase customer satisfaction, and help the business community navigate city and county regulatory processes related to housing projects.
