This individual will drive sales, develop crucial relationships within correctional facilities nationwide, and tap into a vibrant market. About You

You are a sales executive who loves the challenge of enabling customers' success through nurturing relationships and providing solutions. At a minimum, you have:

  • A minimum of five years in sales management or equivalent, preferably in the corrections and law enforcement sector
  • A self-disciplined entrepreneurial mindset
  • A professional demeanor with a confident, outgoing, and friendly disposition
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Salesforce, Zoom, Teams, and standard Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility in schedule with the ability to work outside of normal business hours
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and willingness and ability to travel

Your Impact

As our first dedicated sales executive aimed at our corrections market, you will get to create, strategize, and execute sales management strategies in an untapped but ripe market.

Responsibilities will include:

Hunter Corrections:Achieve sales goals by leveraging existing business and cultivating new customers. Build and maintain a network of sources to identify new sales leads. Routinely hit monthly sales targets, increase new accounts, maintain an optimal pipeline, and conduct target market research.

Client Relationships:Ensure customer success by maintaining impeccable relationships and providing value in each interaction. Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrate product/service utility, and ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management.

State Level Relationships:Maintain superior relationships with state level Department of Corrections (DOC) contacts to ensure our good standing and gain insights into state approvals, available funding, and future opportunities.

Implementation of Sales Strategy/Playbook:Implement our sales strategy and sales cycle to sell our products to the corrections market. Complete 100-day on-boarding training and establish touch plan for future months. Understand and utilize Power BI reports and dashboards.

Conference/Event Business Development:Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest. Find opportunities to speak/present at conferences to leverage our values to educators and administrators within the corrections market.
