Elle produit des biscuits LU grâce à une soixantaine de salariés très attachés à leur usine !

Notre usine est à 50 minutes de train + 10 minutes à pied de Paris Gare de l’Est, 45 minutes de voiture de Marne la Vallée, 30 minutes de voiture de Reims !

Au sein de notre service Qualité Sécurité Environnement, vous serez en charge des missions suivantes...

Vous travaillerez sur le développement du système de maîtrise de la Sécurité Alimentaire et de la sécurité des Hommes de l’usine de biscuits de Château-Thierry.

Qualité

• Participation au plan d’action usine pour donner suite aux différents audits menés

• Préparation de l’audit interne groupe mondelez et mise en place des plans d’action pour suivre actualisation HACCP, mode opératoires de nettoyage,

• participation à l’intégration des projets usine dans le système qualité

Global

• Participation aux tâches quotidiennes du service qualité / sécurité / environnement : boucles d’amélioration continue, prélèvements microbiologiques, interface des différents clients internes (production/conditionnement/maintenance), formation interne

L'alternance se compose d’activités polyvalentes et opérationnelles offrant une vision large des métiers Qualité Sécurité Environnement au sein d’un groupe international.

Vous serez amené à travailler avec des interlocuteurs variés dans un contexte d’une usine en changement et contribuerez également au riche quotidien du service.

Vous pouvez être le stagiaire que nous recherchons si...

• Vous avez un niveau bac +5 avec une spécialisation qualité

• Bon niveau en informatique, digitalisation, base de données

• Vous avez une première expérience en stage ou en apprentissage

• Vous avez un goût prononcé pour l’environnement industriel et l’agroalimentaire

• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aptitude à travailler en autonomie et en équipe

• Vous aimez les challenges

• Votre fiabilité et sens du résultat sont vos points forts
