Description We are seeking an Operations Processor to join our team in the Financial Services industry. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Operations Processor, you will be responsible for supporting the Banking Product and Services team, assisting with operations projects, documentation, process and procedure writing, and in some cases, internal monitoring and training. You will also be expected to help with research compliance tasks, third-party oversight, and issue management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with overseeing the audit processes for compliance to policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Document processes and promote positive working relationships across teams.

• Create processes and improvements for internal monitoring and reporting.

• Navigate ambiguity and implement processes that are scalable and repeatable.

• Manage client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.

• Resolve any issues and solve problems requiring escalation to Banking Product Services.

• Assist with travel arrangements to various vendor locations.

• Manage meeting schedules and calendars.

• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.

• Work with relevant partners on remediation approaches and timeframes on identified issues, assigning ownership and tracking to completion.

• Organize and manage the documentation of key processes across the company, building and cultivating positive working relationships across teams. Requirements • Proficiency in Documentation and Reporting procedures within the Financial Services industry

• Demonstrated training experience, particularly in the area of Financial Operations

• Strong understanding and application of Planning, Procedures, and Policies in the context of Financial Services

• Compliance and Regulation knowledge, including the ability to conduct audits

• Ability to perform Research tasks related to Financial Services and Operations Processing

• Experience in Scheduling, Calendar Management, and Event Planning

• Proven skills in managing Deposits and other financial transactions

• Willingness to undertake travel as part of the role

• Excellent Communication Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction

• Experience using Monitoring Tools relevant to the Financial Services industry

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with Partners and Clients

• Excellent Time Management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Client Relations skills, including dealing with C-Suite executives

• Experience providing Oversight in a financial operations context.
