Job Summary

A successful candidate is experienced and accountable for project management execution from project initiation through project close. Our project managers are responsible for overseeing technology deployments in the food service industry across North America. Our project managers enable our field operations teams to provide their guests with a best-in-class experience supported by technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of technology systems, and a proven track record of successfully deploying complex technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

  • Follow a detailed project plan and maintain accurate up-to-date project documentation.

  • Ensure project deliverables are provided timely.

  • Promptly and effectively respond to emails, and requests for information.

  • Host/facilitate meetings with stakeholders, clients, and third-party vendors throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing day-to-day reporting on project status and changes.

  • Approve scope changes and process change orders to secure funding.

  • Identify/report project risks or potential risks to management.

  • Manage all project issues, changes, and risks through formally defined processes.

  • Conduct thorough testing of the deployed technology to ensure it meets requirements and functions as intended.

  • Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate that the deployed technology solution aligns with their needs and expectations.

  • Accurately track and record project financials, vendor invoices and client invoices.

  • Reconcile project invoices and create a project cost summary to review with the client at project close.

  • Transfer technology configuration and troubleshooting knowledge to the Digital Support Team at project close.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • PMP, Lean Sigma, SCRUM, Agile certifications encouraged.

  • 5+ years’ experience managing enterprise projects.

  • Technology project management experience preferred.

  • Expertise in conflict resolution.

  • Proven track record in influencing and managing competing priorities with a positive can-do attitude.

  • Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility, and commitment to quality.

  • Effective organization, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project.

  • Travel as needed (less than 25%)
