Allwell Behavioral Health Services has immediate openings at our Youth Residential Facility for Residential Treatment Assistants.

The Youth Residential Treatment Assistant provides direct supervision, support and monitoring of the personal care needs of residents in our 24/7 operated Youth Residential Program. The Youth RTA ensures program policies and procedures are followed in providing residential care.

An Associate's degree in a mental health related field is required and experience with youth with behavioral and/or emotional issues is preferred. Applicants should also be willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Openings available on multiple shifts.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and be able to pass drug screens and background checks.
