For our client Worldline we're looking for a Handyman. This role is based in Brussels (Zaventem) .

You will report to the Facility Coordinator

Responsibility level:

Technical management of Handyman services

Development and implementation of technical solutions to operational problems

Principal duties:

Maintain maintenance & repairs to all offices & conference rooms and execute repairs.

Meeting room preparation / maintenance / small relocations / event preparations

Automated doors / carousels/ building security system

Electrical works on low voltage, execute re-lamping, ...

Execute small office moves / carpentry

Small relocations

Gas cylinder replacement for labs

Receiving work permits and notifications

Coordinate start- work discussions

Coaching contractors to stimulate safe work

Corporate with other maintenance and technical workers

Assist departments on their request to clean up

Development, implementation, and monitoring of operations procedures for maintenance and repair

Deliver on local SLA / KPI requirements

Skills/Qualifications / Attributes:

Full time position ( day hours & occasional overtime )

Dutch is mother tongue, knowledge of English

Precise working and structured approach

Communicates well in a friendly and effective manner with customers and colleagues

Well organized and able to set priorities

Knowledge of SI7 ( client service request system )

Good safety awareness

Adaptability to changing priorities and time constraints

Experience of working in a customer services orientated environment

Experience of working in a life science environment is a Team player, flexible, takes initiative

VCA certificate

BA4/5 electrical level
