Your role

Your responsibilities

As a product owner / R&D-Ops Lead in a global multi-site team you:

  • Maintain and contribute to our mission, vision and roadmap.

  • Perform proactive stakeholder management and actively participate in the team.

  • Deliver results by teaming up to excel, via teams prioritized backlogs (SAFe / Agile).

  • Are eager to improve and have a mindset to drive for change.

You are a right fit if:

  • A bachelor degree or higher in computer science or software engineering with at least 10-year relevant experience with proven leadership skills (e.g. Product Owner, Project Manager, Team Lead, Scrum Master).

  • Result driven with a DevOps mind set, take ownership on the ‘what’ and understand the ‘how’.

  • You are outgoing, actively building relationships with the main stakeholders with a service mindset.

  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, pragmatic, flexible, able to have courageous conversations and committed to consistently deliver quality.

  • You have the ability to switch between levels of abstractions, detailed versus system level view.

  • You have a drive to improve the team performance.

  • Able to make fast decisions with a “quality first” mindset.

  • Hands on experience in software development / tools and techniques is a must.

  • Proven experience in working in a Healthcare Product development environment is an advantage.

Your team

The Image Guided Therapy Systems (IGT-S) development organization consists of>500 people. Software is developed by scrum teams, each focusing on a specific part of the system. The global R&D-Ops team (25 members) is responsible for the Software Development Infrastructure that includes software sets, version control, tool validation, IT security, frameworks for continuous integration, continuous (unit) testing and releasing. By ways of automation, the team is able to support all IGT projects including the entire software development community.
