Project Manager, Natrium Project Assurance The Project Manager for Natrium Project Assurance reports to the Vice President / Deputy Project Director to promote project management excellence and support the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. This Project Manager collaborates with the broad project management team (across all internal departments and partner organizations) to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the project plan. This Project Manager will provide overall strategic project management direction for the project, including partner design organizations. Responsibilities: Assist the Natrium Project Manager in all aspects of project management and execution; serve as deputy to the Project Manager in absence of the PM ensuring continuity of project operations and decision-making. Promote and drive project management excellence across all elements of the project and with the full Natrium team, including other participating organizations. Assist the PM in managing and engaging with key stakeholders, including TerraPower corporate governance and DOE ARDP program management, by maintaining satisfaction and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Serve as lead PM interface with DOE. Provide leadership and guidance to project management improvement initiatives, processes, and strategies, working closely with the Project Management Office (PMO). Drive critical thinking and insight into challenging, unstructured decisions and problems and work with leaders in the project to bring those insights into action. Provide consistent and frequent project communications to enhance clarity on project priorities, issues, and progress. Assist in the drafting, editing, and communication of key project documentation. Provide project management leadership through the development of total project cost and schedule estimates. Ensure project is appropriately incorporating and institutionalizing industry, DOE, and GAO best practices for overall project management, including estimates, schedules, scoping, and risk management. Collaborates cross-functionally to guide strategic planning and inform programmatic decision-making for future projects and other initiatives. Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or equivalent technical field. PMP or AACE certificate is highly preferred. 10+ years' experien
