What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate within your team to excel in sales conversations and tailor solutions for our customers.

• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction by going the extra mile and promptly addressing any concerns.

• Manage escalation calls efficiently to minimise complaints, with timely follow-ups to customers.

• Champion our network to every customer and ensure your team does the same.

• Master both EE and BT products and services along with their competitors.

• Lead a team of up to 15 Advisors, translating vision into actionable plans.

• Inspire and empower your team to excel, fostering excitement about EE/BT.

• Provide individualised coaching and development, fostering a supportive environment.

• Address underperformance promptly and provide constructive feedback.

• Keep your team informed and motivated through regular, informative briefings.

• Manage team efficiency, attendance, and performance metrics effectively.

• Continuously drive performance, holding your team accountable for targets.

• Uphold high standards and analyse performance data to drive improvement.

• Balance customer needs with commercial objectives effectively.

• Maintain a high-performing team while managing time and priorities effectively.

The skills you’ll need

• Customer focus

• Excellent leadership and people skills and experience of managing high performing teams

• Highly effective, motivational, communication and influencing skills

• Ability to lead through change

• Sound analytical skills and ability to maintain detailed focus on operational metrics

• Ability to define and deliver continuous improvement initiatives and performance enhancements

• Excellent analytical and numeracy skills and business objects knowledge
