Team/Role Overview

This position is within the Citi International Early Careers Team which comprises talent acquisition and program management. The job holder will support the management of a specific group of Citi’s early career populations through managing well-executed programs. The role also includes involvement with global recruitment and development projects. Program managers have a close working relationship with the business aligned talent acquisition partners.

What you’ll do

  • Support the management of a specific group of Citi’s analyst and associate populations through managing well-executed programs.

  • Act as the HR (Human Resources) point of contact for specifically assigned populations according to business area and/or geography.

  • Responsible for organising and executing effective rotations and placements within the specific business areas to ensure that both individual development needs and business needs are met.

  • Close partnership with business stakeholders to innovate and improve programs.

  • Work with Early Career Learning team on execution of training programs.

  • Responsible for initiating, monitoring and overseeing the performance management process for program participants.

  • Support the mid and long term career development of the early career populations by providing career coaching.

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners/Advisors to solve issues related to program populations.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners/Advisors and compensation teams to complete the year-end performance management and compensation process for program participants.

What we’ll need from you

  • Recruitment and/or program management experience required.

  • Understanding of the banking industry and culture an advantage.

  • Understanding of specific developmental needs of early careers populations.
