For our Digital Customer Experience Program (DCE), we are seeking a Front-End Developer with experience in containerization and infrastructure as code to contribute to the development of outstanding web products.

As a member of the international Digital Customer Experience team, you will collaborate with over 140 colleagues worldwide. We are committed to enhancing and leading the digital customer experience at Danfoss, merging business requirements with IT to create innovative digital solutions.

In The Danfoss Digital Customer Experience Program (DCE) no days are alike, and we work with several digital platforms like Salesforce, Umbraco, Contentstack, Algolia, and Google. We support digital customers' touch points from our websites and online product store to marketing automation and e-learning. And tomorrow it might be a completely new solution we are building.

This position is based in our Monterrey offices, with the option to work from home a few days a week if preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Development of new web applications using React JS/Typescript.

• Supporting already existing web products.

• Making sure Danfoss web products offer excellent performance, accessibility, and usability.

• Outlining ideas, tools, and practices for improving the development process in areas like; Automation, security, and audits.

• Diagnosing solution problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses and working to improve them.

• Writing great code together with the rest of the team—we emphasize collaboration through coding together, code review, and documentation,

Background & Skills

• Educational Background in Information Technology field or equivalent culture.

• +2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in medium-sized international companies.

• In-depth knowledge of modern Typescript, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, HTML.

• Deep understanding of React.js. Experience with React.js ecosystem frameworks like NextJS and libraries like Redux.

• Testing and test automation (unit, integration, e2e).

• Frontend tooling (Webpack/Vite).

• Integration expertise with OpenAPI, REST, GraphQL, and SOAP. Also experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments (PaaS, IaaS).

• Familiarity with Web components, Playwright, NodeJS, C#, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL databases, are considered as a plus.

• Strong knowledge of English language (written & spoken)
