Description

Job Description:

Join our team as a Senior Customer Service Technician responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and determine if inquiries are customer service or technical in nature.

  • Open and manage trouble tickets in our ticketing system for all incoming inquiries.

  • Process and escalate technical problems to field technicians or engineers for resolution.

  • Track and monitor open trouble tickets until resolution.

  • Collaborate with Operations Center personnel, customers, technicians, and management.

  • Troubleshoot and configure airport devices for the management of air passenger baggage.

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support for all customer interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Comptia A Certification.

  • Familiarity with ITIL practices.

  • Experience with Remedy and/or ServiceNow platforms.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in computer skills, multitasking, and problem-solving.

  • Basic understanding of digital communications and network environments.

  • Familiarity with MS Windows and Office applications.

  • Ability to work in a 24x7 operations environment and willingness to work rotating shifts.

  • High School Diploma or AA/AS degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a diploma or degree.

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Education and Experience:

  • HS Diploma or AA/AS degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

  • One or more years of customer service experience required.
