Location: University of Michigan in Ann Arbor

Compensation: $18.00 per hour -- WEEKLY PAY!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist dentists during dental procedures by handing them instruments, maintaining a clear field of vision, and anticipating their needs.
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments by setting up instruments, equipment, and materials.
• Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols.
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during various procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling patient appointments, answering phones, and managing patient inquiries.

Here's What You Need To Apply:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; completion of a dental assisting program preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a dental assistant in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
